I purchased this app at the recommendation of my employer to be able to segregate my personal and work emails. I love the premise of this app, it has a nice user interface however it does not update and grab emails realtime which is a huge concern. There is no where I can find to adjust the frequency it looks for emails or sends my emails. If you work in a fast paced environment this may not be what you need. Definitely not worth $20.

Very buggy, crashes on a regular basis. When not crashing, word wrap does not work in compose mode and refresh fails so often Im not sure of the percentage of times it works, but its really low. And, Im tired to deleting it off my iPad and reinstalling to get it to work. My iPhone fairs a little better on refresh, but bugs and other issues still plague this release. This level of maturity for an app should not be this low for something that costs way more than every other email client. Id stay away from Touchdown in iOS until there is serious QA done to make it stable/functional.

Along with all the other problems mentioned, it no longer supports the Swype keyboard. I want to give it negative stars!

The only reason i spent $19 on this app that it gives me the ability to see all folders. No it is gone.

Every fear I had about this product since Symantec acquired Nitrodesk has come true. Weve waited months and months for an update and so far I can crash it at will. What happened to being able to see all the folders at once so I can see all my unread mail? Am I missing something?

I knew I shouldnt have updated when I saw the icon had changed and there was no real description for it other than "updates and code enhancements." Like many products I have seen Symantec acquire through the years, they take an otherwise decent product, paint it yellow, and then proceed to ruin many of the best things about it. If you like the layout and features of your current TouchDown app, avoid this update as long as possible. I bought TouchDown a good while back because I like having my corporate mail containerized, but now I will be looking for alternatives. I cant blame NitroDesk for cashing in, but I hope it encourages developers to come up with some good, solid alternative apps for containerizing mail.

What happened to the contact sync. Cant get to my server contacts like the old version. Cant make items on my calendar to show busy or free so that they sync. Never seen an app do a redesign and have less features that before. Bring back the old version. I didnt pay for less features.

I cant believe that the all folders is gone! This was one feature that distinguished you from all the rest! Now I have to look to see if there is any unread mail in each folder. If this isnt returned then you are no different than the standard email that comes with the phone. I might as well remove this from my phone. I want the old one back!!!!

Everything was working wonderfully and then yesterday I updated now nothing works. My calendar isnt synced- recurring appointments only show in one view but then other appointments arent there but appear in another view which recurring ones dont. I need to see the whole day at once not switch views to see if I really have opening. Bring back the ribbon at the bottom so I can easily switch between areas - having to go up to the folder menu is a pain when I just want to quickly switch between mail and calendar- although I guess it doesnt matter since my calendar is wrong. This is BAD BAD BAD!

Works great, takes a little work to get started but worth it. Everything works including options on selecting folders.

NitroDesk...why oh why did you sell us out! And to Symantec, the great software screwup company. Everything that we all used to love about Touchdown is gone. Personally, I loved the all folders view; which, for some odd reason, Symantec, in all its screwed up reasoning, decided against it. Ive been in IT for over 30 years and just about everything that Symantec takes on, they change for the worse. Time to find an alternate product. So, Im disappointed; looking for an alternate app or back to the regular Mail app for now. Hoping that Symantec reads these reviews and gives us back what we had; because Touchdown was a great product!

The reason that I bought this app in the first place for $19+ was because of the features that it had. Now you have removed the items that I love most about this app. We are no longer able to view all folders. We are also not able to change our themes. Please please please change this back. If you dont I will be forced to remove the app and just so you know I have recommended this app too many people and I will no longer be recommending it in the future. The current app looks almost like the free Microsoft outlook app or the app that comes as a native to the iPhone. No new features in this app just took things away from us.

Code enhancement and bug fixes...what a joke! This "update" is a whole new look! They didnt even bother to update the screen shots of the app. Probably too embarrassed to share what it really looks like! I have been a touchdown fan for years and really dislike this new version! It looks just like every other "vanilla" app. Calendar has poor visuals. You cant customize the palette and contacts dont sync. This is such a waste. If they dont roll this one back Im going to shop for a new app and try to get my money back.

This is the most expensive app on my phone and its terrible. I have to have it for work, otherwise I would NEVER use it, let alone pay for it. I have "configure" the app almost daily, its failures cause my computer account to lick me out, and half the time my appointments dont update from the exchange server. I desperately wish there was an alternative.

Why mess with what works? You took away personalization and force us to take what you give us. And it is not even the same as the App Store shows. Not cool.

I used to use this app on a daily basis. But ever since the last major update or two, it has gone downhill. Whats going on over there!?! I paid $20 for what should now be free. Change the app back!!!

It was great, now its off to the bone yard! Im sad and frustrated. Its unbelievable that Symantec could be SO destructive and remove all of the useful features!

Ive always loved using this app and have recommended it to many people, but this new release is terrible. I cannot even get it to open on my iPad. What is going on? We need this fixed ASAP if were going to continue to support your product. I cant use it at all now.

You have taken one of the best programs on the market and have made it JUNK. This is a businessman tool, not some video gamer program. Please change it back or will be looking for a new program.
