Latest release still doesnt send notifications when an email is received. What day and age does an email app not send notifications??? This is the worst email app.

Too many bugs now. I have had this for years now and past months it pauses when typing an email and altogether changes location of cursor randomly, so your email is written elsewhere on the page. Wont cut,copy,paste but only half the time. Use it for too long and you have to close it and reopen for it to work a little until buggy again.

Not syncing correctly. Was working, just stopped.

The Apps is excellent for business purpose , but I trying to install to use with my corporate emails, during the configuration has something wrong with getting policies process and I tried many times to get some support help and nobody give me any feedback . Unbelievable .... I d. Like to recommend , but I cant , because I m pay quiet expensive and up to now, nothing.... I lose my money... Horrible technical support.

Nach update Absturz

Same as mentioned below, from iOS8, calendar sync is not working! Once I select the icon, gets a dump and exit!!! Annoying! Please fix this ASAP!

We have been using the droid version for years. So happy the iOS version works perfectly with our MS Exchange 2010.

Notifications are a must! Without these, this app, however well it performs, becomes USELESS!!!! This should be a priority for the developer!!!!! Why is it that other apps can encorporate notifications? It is a MUST HAVE feature that is missing here.

"Network connection unavailable " problem in configuration although all other apps are working perfectly

The program intermittently (edit: hourly) stops notifying. Not acceptable. Also: very ugly to begin with, and the "optimized for iPhone 4s" resolution looks pretty foul on my 6+. Uninstalled.

Ive turned on all notifications, but nothing happens when a new email comes in. Only when I open the app, it says "a new email touchdown". Its useless. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately with this new "improved" version a lot of the user defined settings have been lost, the new interface is more confusing, hopefully this new iteration will be quickly replaced Up to now I have been really happy with the robustness and (especially) the UI

This is the 3rd time I am trying to write a review for this terrible app. After spending $25 and then experiencing continuous problems syncing the data is completely unacceptable. I love the functionality but not when it doesnt work!!!!!

Now this app wont even automatically download new mail. I have to open the app and refresh it two or three times. It just keeps getting worse and worse. Not worth $25 even with the newest update. This should honestly be a free app at this point. This app used to be the equivalent of having the full Outlook desktop client on your phone. That is what I paid $25 for. With the newest update the app is now a dumbed down piece of garbage. You can do basically the exact same things with the native apps. Its like Symantec took over the product and decided that users dont want to have options. They just want the same crap cookie cutter mail client. - Advanced options are missing. - You can no longer see an "all mail" view where you can see all mail in every folder chronologically. I now have to hunt through my folders to see if I have any new mail. This is why I purchased Touchdown in the first place. EDIT: wow. They finally listened and put that feature back in the app after people complained heavily in their forums. One down, a whole settings page left to go! I paid good money for a feature rich app and the Symantec team has basically turned this into a piece of garbage. I hope in the next release you folks backtrack and put all the features back in the app. If I wanted a basic mail app, I would use Mail. For anyone reading this, dont buy this app. It was worth the money when Nitrodesk had control of the software but now it is just a poorly executed clone of Microsofts Outlook app. Thanks so much Symantec for ripping me off.

The app doesnt always sync emails. And it doesnt give notifications - whats the point of emails without notifications?? Not worth paying $25 And with the latest update, every time you go into the app it makes you configure it before you can log in. This means you dont get email until you configure app. I shouldnt have to pay for a app that cannot even notify you when you have email. Nor should I need to reconfigure the app every time!! Even a basic email app can do better than this. To save me the hassle and frustration I would rather use the Microsoft web app than this crappy app that makes you pay $25!!

The latest update/version is broken. It keeps asking to reconfigure my account every once in a while.

Opposite to what is said in the app description, it DOES NOT support iOS 7.1 "background" mode. Once you switch out from the application - it quits completely. So you have to manually open it and check for e-mail. Thats a shame for any e-mail manager, especially considering its price. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!

Excellent app! But do not disable auto-update option in general settings of device. Otherwise push notifications will be disabled.

This is the worst realizaition for iOS that Ive ever seen! -NO push notification -Shows different numbers of unread mails thet it is -very slow works I do not advice to buy it anyone!!!

The latest version syncing very badly in background mode. Please fix.
