Bad upgrade. Please fix

Like a lot of the people listed here Im having huge problems with this version. Ive had to reconfigure it several times a day since I upgraded. Im a heavy user so this is really unhelpful. If youve not downloaded it, DONT DO IT. If you work for this app, please fix it ASAP.

Yet another broken release

I want to reiterate how terrible this app is. Multiple coworkers and I have used this app and it has begun to randomly reset itself again after this latest update. One can sign in to your account and have everything working and then at some undetermined time in the future youll stop receiving e-mails. If you then open Touchdown youll be presented with the account setupn screen, because Touchdown will have wiped all of your data. The fact that theyre charging for this utterly broken app is shameful. Old Review (Another broken release): When Apple released iOS 8 it fixed a few issues with this app in the proir version (namely, deleting of the client certificate and opening the app and not being prompted for your pin). iOS 8 did however break the push functionality of TouchDown... But then NitroDesk decided to patch for iOS 8 support and re-instate all of the previous bugs. Again this app deletes my client certificate (at random, even they admit its a bug and couldnt say when it would be fixed). Again it wont prompt me for my pin unless I navigate around the app for a bit. Push works, though. So for the few hours to few days before the app seems to have a memory issue on shutdown and decides to delete your client certificate, it "works" in that it basically doesnt at all but returns to the previous state of affairs. Literally the worst app Ive ever purchased.

They ruined it, again settings wiped daily

Used to be a great app for mail. Could still be great, but Since new update my account settings are wiped daily. This is an app for business mail and has to be reliable.

Awful Jan 2016 update

Since update have to reconfigure initial settings multiple times per week....makes the app largely useless.

Update broke the app

This used to work ok, but the update killed it. It no longer remembers your account settings so they have to be reentered multiple times per week. Then when you can actually access your email- the body of the email shows up blank.

This app is really bad

My settings were also wiped after the update so I cant get into my email any more. Dont waste your time until this is fixed.

Useless app because of an update

Im wondering what type of development team you have. We all depend on email and when your email disappears after an update its not optimal. It has been several days that I cannot use this useless app. Im traveling and is worse now. Why do you not check the code well before putting something out? Since Symantec took over it has been more of a nightmare than a joy. So updating and putting out terrible apps. Looking for a better alternative.

If I want to setup my account every day, Ill just access my email via the outlook web client. Why isnt this fixed yet?

Needs a lot of work...

It has lost my account settings every day now for five days... This version needs to be pulled. Id also like a little bigger font than the 2pt font it uses...

Need fix for 6S Plus

Other than the entire app showing like its huge text its great. Symantec needs to adjust the sizing of how the app displays on a 6S Plus as it appears to be designed for the 6 only. Please fix, 5 stars if you do.

Update ruined the app

If you havent updated this app, do yourself a favor and dont update! They didnt test it thoroughly so it required setting up the account every time it opens. If you use the contacts feature, beware that they intentionally converted the ordering of the contacts folder to a style which no one in the world uses. I wish I hadnt purchased the iOS version. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Who knows what theyll change next!
